What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you provide: name, company, email address, phone number and message. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to carry out the identity and compliance checks required before trading gold, and to keep records required by UAE and Tanzanian law.
Sharing
We share personal data only with banks, refineries, logistics providers, auditors or authorities where needed to complete a transaction or meet a legal obligation.
Retention
Transaction and due diligence records are kept for the periods required by anti-money-laundering regulations. Other enquiries are deleted when no longer needed.
